Dr. Fritz Harshberger

Fritz Harshberger, D.M.D. obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2004.  He practiced in Mobile, Alabama for over 10 years and in 2013 decided to expand his services to Baldwin County, founding Advanced Dental Comfort, LLC, where he now works full time.

He has completed several continuing education courses that allow him to offer additional services such as oral sedation, Six Month Smiles, MTM Clear Aligners, Botox/dermal fillers, dental implants and Cerec crowns (same day crowns).

In his spare time Dr. Harshberger enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Nancy, and three children (Henry, Charlie, and daughter Wynn).

Dr. Josh Dabbs

Josh Dabbs, D.M.D has lived and practiced in the Mobile area, providing comprehensive dental care to patients, since 2016.  He and his wife, Jessica, moved to the Fairhope area in 2020, and are very excited to build relationships in the surrounding community.  While living in Mobile, Dr. Dabbs pursued continuing education in Implants, Botox, Dermal Fillers, Facial Esthetics, and other areas to better serve his patients.

Dr. Dabbs desires to provide the best treatment possible for his patients.  He takes great joy in getting to know his patients personally and taking the time necessary to establish comfort and trust.  He understands the challenges and anxiety that dental treatment can create for patients and is willing to take the time needed to thoroughly explain everything, so that his patients can make the best, most informed decision for themselves. 

Though originally from Mississippi, Dr. Dabbs graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the University of Kentucky in 2012 before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in May of 2016.  While attending UKCD, Dr. Dabbs received awards for his interest in Implantology, served as Class Representative for the Curriculum and Student Affairs Committees, and was a member of the Dean’s Honors Colloquium.

When Dr. Dabbs is not treating patients, he enjoys building relationships with people in other areas, including church and community events.  He has volunteered his time on multiple mission trips to Brazil and Haiti, where he has served the needs of people through dental care and various other forms.  He has also served as a High School and College Youth Leader, in order to provide students with positive encouragement as they begin to experience independence and affirm their own identities.

Dr. Dabbs enjoys many outdoor activities and sports including soccer, skiing, camping, kayaking, and is always eager to try new things and meet new people.  He looks forward to getting to know you personally and providing you with quality, state of the art dental care!

New dental crew after 15 years with my old team. Absolutely the best experience ever. Front desk prompt and attentive. Very warm and friendly. Then my dental assistant took over WOW!!! She is by far the best complete package I have ever had the pleasure of helping me. Very caring and oh my so much fun. Took all my anxiety away. Can’t wait to go back. Advanced Dental Comfort is truly well named. I had to have a root canal and 3 crowns. All the work was done in 1 visit. While I waited, I was treated with extra concern and care. Dr Josh Dabbs and all the staff there were very accommodating from the time I walked in. There was no guess-work. Everything was explained promptly.

The. Best. Patient. Care. Ever !!!! First off let me say that this was my first time coming to this office. EVERY staff member I encountered was amazing. The office is very clean and welcoming. The day I went , there was a thunderstorm and the lights went out in the office. All you could hear from each room was laughter because the lights kept going on and off for about 2 minutes until they finally decided to crash on us, lol. No one panicked and the staff went above and beyond to continue giving the best patient care. Dr. Dabbs continued to be very apologetic when he came to check on me after my cleaning. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thanks for making my experience a GREAT one!!
